INTERIS obtiene la medalla de “Tiers Responsable Bronze” así como el certificado, que atestiguan el cumplimiento del expediente legal (Art. D8222-5 del Código del Trabajo) sobre los documentos oficiales de registro de empresa y regularidad de las contribuciones a la seguridad social.

Basado en mi vasta experiencia práctica en varias tecnologías de destilación, como la india, china, alemana, estadounidense y francesa, la tecnología francesa de INTERIS ofrece características únicas del diseño de su planta en términos de producción de ENA y ENA anhidro de calidad excepcionalmente alta.

Con base en la naturaleza, los puntos de ebullición de los componentes separables, los diseños de las columnas de destilación son tales que se establece un equilibrio líquido-vapor perfecto con proporciones de reflujo adecuadas que mantienen una producción uniforme de calidad superior de ENA y ENA anhidro.

New rectification unit to produce high quality ENA from phlegm in Ghana

INTERIS is glad to announce its collaboration with the Ghanean company Kasapreko specialized in nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages especially its famous “Alomo Bitter”

INTERIS will deliver to Kasapreko a rectification unit located in TEMA port, to produce high quality ENA from phlegm.

This rectification unit will cover KASAPREKO’s yearly consumption with constant quality ENA.

The unit is expected to be commissioned by end of 2022.

DVB (Distillerie Vinicole du Blayais) : Commissioning of the 2G bioethanol fuel unit

New 2G bioethanol plant successfully commissioned

INTERIS is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of the bioethanol unit of its customer DVB (Distillerie Vinicole du Blayais).

The unit produces bioethanol from grape marcs alcohols which are concentrated in methanol (wine alcohol).

Bioethanol quality meets the European standard EN 15376.

This bioethanol is considered to be an “advanced fuel” allowing a significant reduction in greenhouse gases.

INTERIS provided this turnkey project (excluding Civil Engineering), including all process equipment (including a demethanol column), the framework, electricity and automation, complete assembly up to performance tests which leads to validation all the performance guarantees given by INTERIS.

NCP Alcohols revamped dual molasses & corn ethanol – potable ENA plant in Durban, South-Africa

A new start for NCP Alcohols. The INTERIS team is currently in Durban, South-Africa, for the commissioning of the revamped facility of NCP alcohols.

INTERIS was selected by NCP, which belongs to the ALCO group, as the technology provider for the conversion of its ethanol plant from molasses into a dual molasses/corn ethanol plant. The purpose of the project was to cope with shortage of molasses that happens regularly in the region, and produce high quality potable ENA from both molasses and grain, to serve customers with the same or even better quality product

🏭 The project, a first of this size in all Africa, is managed by DESC, the Belgian engineering company specialized in Agro Industry and bio products

TEREOS Morains new distillation column and study design & supply in France

A new achievement for INTERIS which is supporting its client TEREOS (MORAINS) with the design and
supply of a new distillation column and the study of its integration into the existing plant.
The lifting of the column went perfectly, successful installation!
The piping work is now underway with the focus to start the plant for the sugar campaign!

Bioethanol plant in Teofipol for Teofipolskey in Ukraine

For INTERIS, year 2020 finished with the successful commissioning of a bioethanol plant from corn in Teofipol, Ukraine for which INTERIS supplied the distillation and dehydration units.
The project was developed for the company Teofipolskey Sugar Mill in cooperation with UTK, INTERIS partner in Ukraine. INTERIS part consisted in the design and equipment supply for the distillation and dehydration units. The commissioning started with a first phase of pre-commissioning in November. The team successfully started- up the facility on product in December.
Run tests with product have been successful and bioethanol quality in accordance with the EU standards has been reached with an alcohol grade higher than 99,9% vol.
The Client team has been trained by INTERIS during the start-up and can evolve now in total autonomy.
The start-up was held in a fruitful cooperative spirit and the INTERIS team thanks client’s and UTK’s team for their cooperation.
INTERIS objective has been achieved: distillation and dehydration units are running in full automatic mode, all parameters are adjusted and production is perfectly steady! We can move with confidence to 2021!
